We instructed Stephen to identify our new London offices and within a very tight timescale. We are a major global communications organisation and were very specific with him in terms of what we wanted and what we were looking to achieve. Within a very short space of time Stephen identified, off market, the best space we could have hoped for and negotiated very advantageous and flexible terms  against one of the largest UK property companies.
