We've known Stephen for many years having previously worked with him on the acquisition of our Headquarters in Whitehall together with various ancillary offices in Westminster. As the UK's leading defence and security political think tank we were very specific with him in terms of what was required. A lease expiry on one of our Westminster offices resulted in us instructing him to source suitable alternative premises in the vicinity.
